The Awen Nayri Philosophy

Five ways of caring for the whole of you.

I don't believe wellbeing lives in one place.

We are body, emotion, energy, home and environment - continually influencing and responding to one another.

The Five Pillars are the framework that has emerged through my years of working, learning, experiencing and listening.

They aren't a formula.

They're simply five doorways for paying attention.

Body

Listening to and caring for the physical body through nourishment, movement, rest and embodied awareness.

Emotion

Making space for what you feel, allowing emotions to be heard, felt and moved rather than continually held inside.

Energy

Becoming aware of what you're carrying, what you're giving away and what supports you to feel clear, grounded and connected.

Home

Creating spaces and rituals that support how you want to feel and give you somewhere to return to.

Earth

Remembering that we aren't separate from the natural world, and finding ways to live in greater relationship with the rhythms and resources that sustain us.

They are not five separate practices.

They are woven together.

A change in the body can affect our emotions.

Our environment can influence how we feel.

Our emotional state can change how we experience our energy.

Connection with nature can bring us back into ourselves.

Wholeness isn't about getting every pillar "right".

It's about becoming more aware of the relationships between them.

And from that awareness, choosing what you need.

This is woven through Awen Nayri

You may encounter these principles through a 1:1 session, a ritual, a circle or something from the Apothecary.

But you don't need to understand the framework before you begin.

Begin wherever you are.

Listen.

Breathe.

Notice.

Return.

Wholeness isn't something you need to find.

It's something you can remember.
